Our practice is comprised primarily of business and real estate litigation. We also perform transaction work for clients. Our practice deals with disputes that deal with real estate, though they may not be real estate issues per se. For instance, some cases involve disputes that arise from a transaction.
In general, we assist clients with business disputes of various types. We don't do any work that involves medical malpractice, personal injury, or family law, including divorce, because these areas are not within our expertise. Typical transaction practice usually involves acquisition or sale of real estate or business, joint ventures, buy-sell agreements, and other real estate negotiations. In addition, we prepare estate planning documents for clients such as wills, trusts, life insurance trusts, advance health care directives, and power of attorney.
