We have handled dozens of mediations as a result of our pro bono work with the Los Angeles Superior Court system. We seek to gain resolutions to every case we receive in order to effectively resolve a dispute. Our goal is to impart to our clients the preferability of resolution without litigation. From our experience with mediation we realize that there are many personal and emotional barriers to reaching resolution through mediation, and we seek to take those issues into account for each case we conciliate. Our pro bono work has allowed us to learn how to quickly resolve issues through the course of mediation. It is our prerogative to move parties efficiently through the mediation process.
